H&R Benelux operates on a 13,000 m² operational site in Nuth, Limburg, the Netherlands. The generous, modern production and storage facility is, amongst other things, characterised by a fully equipped and certified quality laboratory. Sales and sales processes are fully integrated in the CRM (customer relationship management) system, implemented globally by H&R, in order to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The company is specialised in a large spectrum of bitumen modifiers, mainly made up of mixtures that are based on homo- and copolymer APP (atactic polypropylene). These products are implemented in a wide range of applications for water seals, in which the manufacture of roofing membranes is of particular note.

Lamwax, a programme of APP/polyethylene wax mixtures, is increasingly used for the coating of cardboard boxes for washing powder or other hygroscopic products and forms a water-repellent coating between the cardboard and printing ink.
The manufacture of wax emulsions is particularly modern and automated. The leading wax emulsion in Europe of the Aqualite brand (The Henry Company, USA) for chipboard is produced and sold under licence. Large quantities of further wax emulsions with water-repellent properties, e.g. for chipboard, are sold across Europe.
A programme of special emulsions are also available for other applications in the construction material area, e.g. for the manufacture of glass wool or the handling of lumber. Modern pastillation plants create a large spectrum of polyethylene wax products and light protection waxes for the tyre and rubber industry.
