Corporate Governance

Corporate governance refers to the instruments used to steer and control companies with the aim of bringing about a long-term increase in value. At publicly listed companies, good, transparent corporate governance boosts investors’ trust in the way a firm is managed and monitored.
The following aspects are important key components of responsible corporate governance for H&R AG:

- Respecting shareholders’ interests and helping shareholders to exercise their rights
- Continuously monitoring and increasing efficiency in the working relationship between the Executive Board and  the Supervisory Board
- Implementing an open and transparent communication policy

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board have adopted a Declaration of Compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code issued by the Government Commission as per Art. 161 of the German Companies Act (AktG) in conjunction with Art. 15 AktG.
