Status of the REACH implementation in our company - May 2010
The EU Regulation of Chemicals administers the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals and came into force on June 1st, 2007. At the pre-registration stage, which expired on December 1st, 2008, H&R submitted approximately 70 pre-registrations. The first stage of the registration will commence just now and will have to be completed by December 1st, 2010. All products from our refinery will be subjected to registration by this date. All products that are produced in our blend plants are manufactured only from raw materials that will be registered by the same date.
